At Grupo Peñarroya and Holiday World Resort, our main value is people. We strive to offer quality, stable, inclusive and diverse employment, allowing the personal and professional development of all members of our organization. Thanks to our people-centered vision, we are the first organization in the hotel sector to implement a people management system based on conciliation, equality and diversity (EFR Model of the Másfamilia Foundation). Since 2010, we have had this recognition and we have achieved the Level of Excellence since 2016.

We implement policies that generate a positive impact on people, societies and their environment.

Our internal communication app, where employees access socio-labor information, conciliation measures, and a space for physical, social, emotional and financial well-being.

Proyecto Conecta
We focus on identifying and attracting talent, both internal and external. We organize Assessment Center in our facilities and we attend both different Open Days and Job Fairs. With initiatives such as the Holiday World School, we offer training and internships to young talents, with a conversion rate of 48%.

Dedicated 100% to the health of our employees, offering personal and emotional health courses, including mindfulness techniques and healthy eating habits.

We implemented spatial flexibility in 43% of jobs and allowed teleworking for 30% of the workday for 8% of our staff.
